    "rendered": "<h3>Answer:<\/h3>\n<p>When you can&#8217;t access to the internet, please check the followings:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make sure that you turn on &#8220;Data Roaming&#8221; (Go to Setting &gt; Connection &gt; Data)<\/li>\n<li>If you using 4G or LTE as connection option, try turning off the Data and turning on again.<\/li>\n<li>You can try switching from 4G or LTE to 3G\/2G Auto as you might be out of the 4G or LTE coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>",
