    "rendered": "<table width=\"759\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"759\">Laos Mobile is looking for Recruitment &amp; Onboarding Officer candidate to be a part of our business.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)<br \/>\n\u2022 Work with line managers and manage job descriptions, to ensure the standardization and consistency across the organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with Marketing and\/or related departments for recruitment artwork<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.<br \/>\n\u2022 Execute all encompass on-boarding and off-boarding processes:<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and inquire for candidates\u2019 reference prior to sending offers<br \/>\n\u2022 Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and submit all reports related to the recruitment functions (movement, all employees)<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain a high level of accuracy in all reporting needs (weekly report\/quarterly report\/attrition)<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent time and work load management<br \/>\n\u2022 The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong problem solving and competence in various communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of employment laws and practices<\/p>\n<p>Submit your CV via Email: recruitment@lmcc.la or call for more information: 021 844 287.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>",
